Connecting Your WhatsApp Account

Link your WhatsApp Business number to BizBotify so your team can start managing customer conversations from one shared inbox.

How to do it

Open Settings and go to WhatsApp Account

After logging in, click Settings in the left sidebar. Select WhatsApp Account from the menu.

Before you start: You need an active Meta Business Manager account and a WhatsApp Business number that is not already linked to the WhatsApp app on a phone.
Click "Connect Account" and enter your number

Click Connect Account. Enter your WhatsApp Business phone number including the country code (e.g. +91 98765 43210).

Complete the Meta Business Verification

BizBotify will redirect you to Meta's authorization flow. Log in to your Meta Business Manager account and grant the required permissions to connect your WhatsApp Business number.

Copy the Webhook URL and Verify Token

Back in BizBotify, you will see a Webhook URL and a Verify Token. Copy both values. In your Meta Business Manager, go to your WhatsApp app settings, paste the webhook URL, and enter the verify token to complete the connection.

Send a test message to confirm

Send a WhatsApp message to your business number from any phone. If it appears in your BizBotify inbox within a few seconds, the connection is working correctly.

You're connected! Your team can now receive and reply to WhatsApp messages from the BizBotify shared inbox.
