Using the Team Inbox

Manage all your customer WhatsApp conversations in one place — filter by status, assign to agents, and reply instantly.

How to do it

Open the Inbox

Click Inbox in the left sidebar. All incoming WhatsApp conversations from your customers appear here in real time.

Filter by conversation status

Use the status tabs at the top — Open, Pending, or Resolved — to focus on the conversations that need attention.

Click a conversation to open it

Select any conversation from the list on the left. The full message thread opens in the centre panel. Customer details appear in the right panel.

Type your reply and send

Type your message in the text box at the bottom of the conversation. Press Enter or click Send. The message is delivered to the customer on WhatsApp immediately.

Tip: Type / in the message box to quickly insert a saved canned response instead of typing from scratch.
View customer details in the side panel

The right panel shows the customer's name, phone number, tags, and full conversation history. Click the Edit icon to update their contact details.
