Setting Up Canned Responses

Save your most common replies as canned responses so your team can insert them in one click instead of typing from scratch.

How to do it

Go to Settings → Canned Responses

Click Settings in the left sidebar and select Canned Responses.

Click "Add Canned Response"

Click Add Canned Response to open the creation form.

Enter a shortcut name and the full message

Enter a short name for the response (e.g. greeting or hours) and write the full message text. The shortcut name is what you type to find it quickly.

Save the response

Click Save. The canned response is now available to all agents in your organization.

Use it in a conversation

In any conversation, type / in the message box. A search popup appears — type the shortcut name or part of the message to find your canned response, then click it to insert.
