What is BizBotify and who is it for?

BizBotify is a WhatsApp Business automation platform for small and medium businesses. It helps you manage customer conversations, automate replies, run broadcast campaigns, and build chatbot flows — from one dashboard.

It's built for business owners who use WhatsApp to talk to customers but struggle with volume, speed, and organization. Clothing boutiques, restaurants, coaching institutes, real estate agents, clinics, and e-commerce stores are among our most common users.

Do I need a WhatsApp Business account to use BizBotify?

Yes. BizBotify connects via the official WhatsApp Business API (Meta Cloud API). You'll need a WhatsApp Business account and a phone number not already registered on WhatsApp.

We walk you through the full setup step by step. Most businesses are up and running in under 30 minutes.

How long does setup take?

Initial setup takes about 15–30 minutes — connecting your WhatsApp Business account, inviting your team, and configuring your first auto-replies or chatbot flow. Our onboarding wizard guides you through every step. No technical knowledge required.

Does BizBotify work with my existing WhatsApp number?

You can use an existing number, but it must be removed from regular WhatsApp or the WhatsApp Business app first. We recommend using a dedicated business number for a clean setup. Your existing chat history won't migrate, but all future conversations will be in BizBotify.

Pricing & Billing

Is there a free trial?

Yes — every new account gets a 14-day free trial with access to all Growth plan features. No credit card required to start. You only add payment info if you decide to continue after the trial.

What happens when my trial ends?

After 14 days your account moves to a restricted free mode. You won't lose any data. To continue, simply add a payment method and choose a plan. We'll send reminders before your trial ends.

What does the Growth plan cost?

The Growth plan is $49/month (indicative — contact us for exact pricing). It includes 3 WhatsApp numbers, 10 team members, unlimited messages, broadcast campaigns, AI auto-reply, advanced analytics, and the full chatbot flow builder.

Are there message costs beyond the subscription?

Yes. WhatsApp charges conversation fees via Meta's pricing (separate from BizBotify's subscription). These are per conversation (24-hour window), not per message, and vary by country and conversation type. For Indian numbers, Meta's rates are currently very affordable. Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. No cancellation fees, no lock-in contracts. Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period.

Features & Automation

How does the AI auto-reply work?

You train the AI by adding information about your business — products, prices, policies, FAQs, hours. The AI uses this knowledge base to answer customer questions automatically in a natural, conversational tone. When it's not confident, it escalates to a human agent. You stay in control.

Can I build a chatbot without coding?

Yes. The visual chatbot builder uses simple drag-and-drop. Add steps, ask questions, branch on answers, assign to agents — no code required. Common uses: appointment booking, product enquiry, lead qualification, order status.

Can I send images and documents in campaigns?

Yes. Broadcast campaigns support text, images, videos, PDFs, and documents. Include a product catalogue, promotional flyer, or rate card directly in your campaign message.

Can multiple agents handle conversations simultaneously?

Yes. The shared inbox lets multiple agents log in and work simultaneously. Conversations are assigned to specific agents so there's no risk of two agents accidentally replying to the same customer.

WhatsApp & Meta Policy

Is BizBotify an official WhatsApp solution?

BizBotify uses the official Meta Cloud API, fully compliant with WhatsApp's terms of service. Your account connects through Meta's official business platform — not any unofficial or grey-market workaround.

Will my account get banned for using BizBotify?

No. Because BizBotify uses the official WhatsApp Business API, your account is fully compliant. Bans happen when businesses use unofficial tools (like WhatsApp Web scrapers). With BizBotify, you're on the approved path. Built-in rate limiting and template workflows keep you compliant.

What are WhatsApp templates and do I need them?

Templates are pre-approved message formats required when you initiate a conversation with a customer who hasn't messaged you first. For broadcast campaigns, you need approved templates.

BizBotify includes a template manager to create, submit, and track your templates. Approval usually takes a few hours. Once a customer messages you, you can reply freely for 24 hours without templates.

Security & Privacy

How is my WhatsApp access token stored?

Your access token is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. We never store tokens in plain text. Database access is additionally protected by Row-Level Security — your organization's data is strictly isolated from all other customers.

Can BizBotify read my customer conversations?

We only access messages needed to deliver the service (routing to the right org, powering AI replies, storing for your team's inbox). We do not sell or share your conversation data with third parties. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
