Setting Up Nurture Sequences
Automatically follow up with leads and customers over days or weeks with a series of timed WhatsApp messages.
How to do it
Click Automation in the sidebar and select Nurture Sequences. Click New Sequence.
Give your sequence a name (e.g. "New Lead Follow-up"). Choose what starts the sequence: New Lead added, Tag applied to contact, or Contact added via form.
Click Add Message. Choose an approved WhatsApp template for the first message and set the delay to Send immediately (or a short delay like 1 hour).
Click Add Message again for each follow-up. Set the delay relative to the previous message (e.g. "2 days after previous message", "1 week after previous message"). You can add as many messages as needed.
Choose when a contact should leave the sequence: Stop if the contact replies (recommended — avoid messaging someone who has already responded), or Stop after all messages are sent.
Click Save and toggle the sequence to Active. New contacts who match the trigger will automatically enter the sequence from now on.
