Reading Your Analytics Dashboard

Understand your team's performance, response times, and campaign results using the BizBotify analytics dashboard.

How to do it

Open Analytics

Click Analytics in the left sidebar. The dashboard loads with data for the last 30 days by default.

Set your date range

Use the date picker at the top of the page to set the period you want to analyse. You can select presets (Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This month) or a custom range.

Review the summary cards

The top row of cards shows key metrics for the selected period: Total Messages, New Conversations, Average First Response Time, and Resolution Time.

Check Agent Performance

Scroll to the Agent Performance table to see individual stats for each team member — conversations handled, average response time, and conversations resolved.

Review Campaign Results

Scroll to the Campaign Results section to see delivery, read, and reply rates for each broadcast campaign you've sent in the selected period.
