Managing Your Contacts
View full customer profiles, edit contact details, add custom fields, and organise your contact list in one place.
How to do it
Click Contacts in the left sidebar. You will see a list of all contacts who have messaged your WhatsApp number or were imported.
Click any contact's name to open their profile. You can see their name, phone number, tags, custom fields, and their full WhatsApp conversation history with your business.
Click the Edit icon (pencil) on the contact profile to update their name, phone number, or any custom fields your organization has set up.
In the contact profile, click the Tags field to add or remove tags. Tags let you segment contacts for targeted campaigns.
To permanently remove a contact, open their profile, click the three-dot menu in the top-right, and select Delete Contact. This cannot be undone.
