Importing Contacts via CSV
Bring your existing customer list into BizBotify in minutes by uploading a CSV file from your spreadsheet or CRM.

How to do it
Go to Contacts and click "Import CSV"
Click Contacts in the sidebar, then click Import CSV in the top-right.
Download and fill the sample template
Click Download Sample CSV to get the correct column format. The required columns are Name and Phone (with country code, e.g. +919876543210). Additional columns for custom fields are optional.
Upload your CSV file
Click Choose File and select your completed CSV. Files up to 10 MB are supported.
Map your CSV columns to BizBotify fields
A preview screen shows your CSV columns on the left and BizBotify contact fields on the right. Match each column to the correct field using the dropdowns.
Click "Import" to finish
Click Import. Your contacts are added within seconds. Duplicate phone numbers are automatically skipped.
Phone number format: All phone numbers must include the country code without spaces or dashes (e.g. +919876543210 not 098-765-43210). Invalid numbers are skipped during import.
