Sending Your First Broadcast Campaign

Reach hundreds or thousands of customers at once with a single WhatsApp message — promotions, updates, or announcements.

How to do it

Go to Campaigns and click "New Campaign"

Click Campaigns in the left sidebar, then click New Campaign.

Name your campaign

Enter a name for internal reference (e.g. "Diwali Sale 2025"). Customers don't see this name.

Select your audience

Choose All Contacts to message everyone, or apply tag/segment filters to target a specific group (e.g. only contacts tagged "VIP" or "Mumbai").

Choose an approved message template

Select from your Approved WhatsApp templates. Only Meta-approved templates can be used for campaigns. If you don't have one yet, create a template first.

Fill in the template variables

If the template has variables (e.g. {{1}} for customer name), map each variable to a contact field such as Contact Name or enter a fixed value.

Review and send

Review the recipient count and message preview. Click Send Now to send immediately, or Schedule to set a future send time.
