Setting Up Away Messages
Automatically reply to customers outside your business hours so no message goes unanswered.

How to do it
Go to Automation → Away Messages
Click Automation in the left sidebar and select Away Messages.
Toggle "Enable Away Message" on
Switch the Enable Away Message toggle to on.
Set your business hours
For each day of the week, set the start and end times when your team is available. Messages received outside these times will trigger the away message.
Write your away message
Type the message customers will receive when they contact you outside hours (e.g. "Hi! We're currently offline. Our team is available Mon–Sat 9am–6pm. We'll reply first thing when we're back!").
Save your settings
Click Save. The away message is now live. Customers who message outside your set hours will receive it automatically.
