Setting Up AI Auto-Reply
Configure BizBotify's AI to automatically answer customer questions around the clock using your own business knowledge.
How to do it
Click Automation in the left sidebar and select AI Auto-Reply.
Switch the Enable AI Auto-Reply toggle to on. The AI will now be active for incoming messages.
Choose whether the AI responds 24/7 or only outside your business hours. If you want human agents to handle messages during work hours, select the outside-hours option.
Select a tone that matches your brand: Formal, Friendly, or Concise. This controls how the AI phrases its responses.
Select the Knowledge Base the AI should use to answer questions. The AI uses the entries in your Knowledge Base to respond accurately to customer enquiries. If you haven't built one yet, see the Knowledge Base guide first.
Choose when to hand off to a human: after the AI fails to answer a question a set number of times, or when the customer explicitly asks to speak to a person. Set this number and click Save.
