How to do it
Open Template Library
Go to Template Library from the main menu.
Browse by use case
Browse templates by use case (sales, reminders, support, follow-ups) to find the best starting point.
Preview and pick a template
Preview the content and choose the template that matches your process.
Copy it into your workspace
Click Use Template (or clone) to copy it into your workspace so you can edit and run it.
Customize the details
Edit names, wording, assigned owners, and timing so it matches your business and brand voice.
Tip: Start with templates, then improve them as you learn what customers respond to (shorter copy, clearer call-to-action, better timing).
